POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.
Upon the fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes to the purchaser.
In the case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and resell the item in dispute.

WE WILL PACK YOUR SMALLER ITEMS IN A USPS PRIORITY BOX WITH A FLAT RATE BOX PLUS $7.00 FOR PACKING. Our largest shipping box measures 12x12x20. We charge $13.00 to pack. Shipping is expensive.
IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT WEIGHT BEFORE YOU BID PLEASE EMAIL US AT WEHRLYSAU[email protected] WITH ANY QUESTIONS. WE WILL NOT SHIP BOX LOTS.

The address for pick up's are 4065 Snyder Road, Glen Rock, PA 17327. You can pick up on Wednesday & Thursday from 9 to 12 & 10 to 2. We are closed from 12 to 12:40 for lunch.
We are a weekly auction. If you have not made arrangements to pay or pick up your items after two weeks (14 days) your items will be resold or given back to the consignor. If this happens then you will not be allowed to bid at any of our auctions.
