All items are sold as is. It is the buyer's duty to look at photos and ask questions prior to purchase. We do our best to describe flaws, etc. Please do not bid if you are not intending to pay as that costs all of us unnecessary time and wasted money. I appreciate your business and work hard at customer service. Payment is expected within three days of receiving the invoice. Invoices will be sent within 48 hours after the sale ends - most times within 24 hours. Use auction payment to pay or you can pay through Paypal and Zelle
Shipping Terms
Shipping for most jewelry domestic, 4 ounces and under is $5.00 and plus insurance. We do our best to keep costs at a minimum. Insurance is required due to USPS having shipping issues this last year.
We also combine shipping to keep costs down as well. Fine jewelry is sent via UPS or USPS with signature required and with insurance International shipping is at different rates and must be sent insured at the buyer's cost. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS UNLESS PAYMENT IS WIRED OR CERTIFIED CHECK IS SENT AND CLEARS. If you are new to this auction and have low history or no history and are purchasing fine jewelry or a collection of many pieces, you may be asked to either supply your driver's license photo and credit card (front and back) by email or asked to wire the funds. This is necessary because in every auction we have had scam buyer's who have provided stolen cards, etc. Request for wiring funds is at the seller's discretion and at the buyer's expense.
