Phone bids will be accepted. Internet bidding will be available with a 5% buyer's premium fee. Credit card payments will be subject to a 3% buyer's premium fee.
Anyone in person or phone bidding will not be subject to any buyer's premium. Anyone writing a check not known by the auction company or the Corl family will need to mail or e-mail (rgilligan1@aol.com) a current letter of good standing from their lending institution on proper letterhead, dated, signed, and specifically addressed to this auction. Otherwise, you will write a check and leave your items until your check clears.
