Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind except for the authenticity of the items.
GRADING: Every person has their own opinion. There are many commercial grading companies and each company has its own terminology, procedures and opinion as to the grade of each numismatic item. R Howard Collectibles cannot guarantee grade of any item because grade is a matter of opinion. R Howard Collectibles does not guarantee that one grading company will grade in the same manner as another competing company. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Our estimates are values taken from the latest trends published in leading numismatic journals. This value/estimate is not an inducement to bid this amount. Bid the amount you wish. If you have questions or concerns about any items, call us before you bid.

ESTATE JEWELRY: All jewelry sold in R Howard Collectibles auctions is considered Estate Jewelry unless otherwise noted in the description. Estate Jewelry is preowned and previously worn. It can include vintage and antique jewelry. Photos are considered an important part of the description. Estate jewelry will have signs of wear and minor flaws. Major flaws will be noted in description. Please bid accordingly.
RETURNS: Internet buyers are entitled to a return within 3 days of receipt of items. In order to return an item, we must be notified of your intent to return within that three day period. We can be reached at 419-943-0028. Items are subject a 15% restocking fee or a minimum fee of $10. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in the same holder and condition as they were sold to quality for refund.
ALL SALES FINAL AFTER THE THREE DAY RETURN PERIOD.
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Bidder should inquire with the ring person or decline to bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he or she feels is in the best interests of the clients, the seller.
All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter.
Personal Checks are welcome. Auctioneer reserve the right to hold won lots until the check clears. Bidder will pay for postage and insurance when coins are shipped.
R. Howard Collectibles is providing Internet pre auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. If the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. R. Howard Collectibles will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. R Howard Collectibles reserves the right to withdraw or re catalog items in this auction.

Invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of the conclusion of the auction. If invoice isn't paid in full after 72 hours from conclusion of the auction, your card on file will be automatically charged.
