ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE AUCTION WILL BE RESOLD WITH NO COMPENSATION TO THE BUYER - UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONEER. PURCHASES PAID FOR BUT SHIPPING NOT PAID WITHIN TWO WEEKS WILL BE RESOLD WITH NO COMPENSATION TO THE BUYER.
Condition Policy
Items to be sold in catalog order. Every attempt has been made to correctly identify all items and make note of any noticed wear, damage or repair. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and unless described as perfect the bidder should expect typical age and use wear to be present. .
We do not sell Watches, Clocks or Mechanical Toys as working. Please see individual notes mentioned for each. We do not warrant them as working after shipping.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Forms of payment - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order or PayPal. No personal checks or business checks are accepted unless you have an established relationship with Roan Inc. Auctioneers. Online bidders must make payment within (7) business days. Invoicing is done through Invaluable - note that shipping fees are not included. These fees will be determined and billed by Roan Inc. once payment is made for purchases. If payment is not made within the (7) days Roan Inc. will resell the items with no compensation to the bidder.
Online Buyer's Premium
A Buyer's Premium of 20% of the final price will be added to each purchase, consisting of a 15% Online Buyer's Premium plus 5% 3rd-party Internet Bidding service fee applies.
Sales Tax
PA Sales Tax charged unless Tax Exemption is filed with our office. Shipments going out of state are exempt from sales tax charge.
