It is the Buyers responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Ables Auction House and Services, LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and pertinent information about it. Ables Auction House & Services, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and they may not return any item they purchase for any reason.
Ables Auction House & Services, LLC will not be held responsible for any interruption in service, omissions or errors that may occur during this sale. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and issues/problems can occur. Ables Auction House & Services, LLC will not be held responsible if the internet service fails to work correctly at any time.
We do not hold previews of items. However, if you would need to request additional pictures of any item, please let us know. We will be trying to complete these requests as timely as possible, and your patience is expected.
Successful Bidder can pick their items up at 3761 Lovers Lane, Ravenna, OH 44266. Pickup is Monday and Wednesday from 2-6pm or pickup is available when we have Live in Person Auctions from 4-5:30PM. You may call or text (330-770-9803) or email ([email protected]) to schedule pick-up of your items. We will also try to notify you within 3 business days. If items are not picked up within 10 business days, ownership reverts back to the seller, who may resell or dispose of the items. The buyer will not be refunded. If we are not notified within 7 days of your credit card information so that we may ship your items, we may resell them.
Ohio Sales Tax of 7.00% will be added to the purchase price of all items deemed taxable in accordance with Ohio State Law. Ohio Residents who are tax exempt must submit a legible copy of your Vendors License BEFORE the sale begins. For Tax Exempt Buyers: Email Tax Exemption Certificate with paddle number and sale date to [email protected] prior to bidding. Otherwise, tax will be added to the sale if applicable.
We will be adding 15% Buyers Premium at the end of the auction to the final bids. (10% Buyers Premium, 5% Internet Premium).

Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Card, and Cash on Delivery. You will be able to pay for your items with a credit card upon invoicing. Any unpaid items will be charged to your credit card on file 4 days after invoicing. Unless you have made other arrangements to pay with cash or credit card on day of pick up with Ables Auction House. All applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all purchases deemed taxable in accordance with State Laws. Ohio Residents who are tax exempt must submit a legible copy of their Vendors License BEFORE the auction begins. Your credit card will be charged a second time for all shipping costs, if we are shipping your items to you. Also, the successful Bidder can pick-up Monday or Wednesday from 2-6PM
SHIPPING WILL BE AVAILABLE...Packing ($5-$10), Shipping and Insurance cost will be the responsibility of the Buyer. We will ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx. Your shipping costs will be charged separately on your credit card.
