All bidders on this firearms auction must be 21 Years or older and be able to pass a federal background check. No prohibited individuals are allowed to participate in this sale under no circumstances. This includes felons, illegal drug users, persons who have been involuntarily committed for mental health reasons, anyone with a domestic violence offense or who is a subject of a restraining order. No exceptions!!. All firearms purchased online must be shipped to an FFL in your state in order for the background check to be performed. All in person or Maine residents who buy online are subject to an FFL backgound Check prior to transferring the firearm. We do accept curio and relic licenses on appropriate firearms. If you have either a Valid FFL or an FFL curio and Relic license, a copy must be given to the auction house prior to removal of the item. All post 1898 manufactured firearms will require an FFL check with the exception of BB Guns and Muzzleloading firearms. FFL 6-01-005-01-5J-02985
Shipping Terms
All Firearms must be sent to an FFL in your area. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and any fees associated with the FFL transfer with your local FFL.
