Shipping

Willow Auction House packs and ships items in house for an additional fee which includes packing, shipping, and insurance charges.
After paying for your winning lot, a separate email will be sent from our shipping program, Shipping Saint to schedule pick ups or shipping quotes.
Small items will be shipped by FedEx, UPS, or a comparative service. Larger items and furniture will be shipped via 3rd party.
Please note: ALL items MUST be picked up or shipped within 3 weeks from auction date or they will be donated or become house property.
We are doing our best to provide pre-scheduled curbside pick-up, as well as help make shipping arrangements. Please contact us and let us know of any issues regarding picking up your items.
JEWELRY, GOLD, SILVER OR OTHER PRECIOUS MATERIALS POLICY: Any lots of jewelry, gold, silver or other precious material purchased for $500 or more must be held for 45 days from payment date to avoid fraud. This is especially true for any items purchased for more than melt value. We offer a wire transfer or cash payment option, if the buyer wishes to receive the lot(s) sooner.


Our February Winter Uncurated Auction features more than 300 lots including artwork, furniture, silver, porcelain, decorative items and furniture. Highlights include a pair of Whiting sterling candelabra, an 87 piece Georg Jensen Acorn sterling flatware service, Kornilov Brothers porcelain, Limoges and Coalport porcelain dinner sets, a Chinese bronze scroll weight, modern furniture including a Milo Baughmann for Thayer Coggin scoop chair and a Westnofa chair and ottoman, a Biedermeier cabinet, a Dexter weathervane, and a large selection of artwork including Peter Max, Peter Keil, Yaacov Agam, Itzchak Tarkay, Patrick Guyton and Cherry Jeffe Huldah.

Buyers Premium: All internet sales using the Internet platform or phone bidding are subject to a flat 28% buyer's premium.

Payment: Payment is expected the first week after the sale, payment is expected in full, no payment plan or other arrangements will be made. If you are a successful bidder, please contact Willow Auction House, if you have not yet been contacted by Willow Auction House, the day after the sale from 11 am - 4 pm to confirm auction details and payment method. Payment methods accepted are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) and PayPal which, check (property will not be released until check clears), cashier's check, cash & wire transfer. ALL invoices totaling $1,500.00 or more MUST be paid via wire transfer. Credit cards on file may be charged 4 days after the auction.
PLEASE NOTE that wire transfers are always subject to bank fees, please add an additional $25 to payment to cover these fees, contact us before you arrange wire transfers to confirm applicable bank fees. If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact Willow Auction House. Negative feedback will be left for unpaid lots 10 days after the auction date. All sales are final, no exceptions.

Sales tax: All sales are subject to an 6.625% NJ Sales tax, a tax resale certificate MUST be on file with the auction house in order to be tax exempt.
