SHIPPING NEXT STEPS:

1. FIREARM BUYERS: ALL firearms must be shipped to an FFL regardless of vintage. Please email FFL license to DONLEYAUCTIONSSHIPPING@gmail.com
2. PAY INVOICE - When invoice is paid in full and FFL is received, it will be passed to our Shipping Department. If you have multiple invoices, we will hold until all invoices are settled.
3. PICKING UP - Please let us know immediately or you may be charged for packing. Email us at DonleyAuctions@outlook.com to confirm day and time for pickups. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and by appointment only on weekends. All items must be picked up from the auction house within 5 days. Any items left for over 5 days, will incur a storage charge of $20 per day unless prior arrangements have been made. Items left after 30 days will be considered abandoned and sold to recover expenses.
4. U.S. SHIPPING STANDARD SIZED ITEMS - We will carefully, efficiently, and economically pack small/medium sized items. You will receive a quote via email with shipping and handling fee which can be paid directly through invoice. Proxibid buyers' shipping cost will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
5. U.S. SHIPPING OVERSIZED ITEMS - We will send you a list of recommended transporters and/or crating companies. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to arrange transportation.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - No item can ship internationally through USPS or FedEx if it is valued over $2,499. Items exceeding the value must ship through an international shipping broker. We will provide recommendations. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to arrange transportation.

2. Disputes - The Auctioneer will make absolute and final judgement as to who is the successful bidder for each and every item in the auction whether it is a Live, Internet, Phone or Absentee Bidder. Any and all TIE bids go to the floor bidders with no exceptions. In the event that there is a dispute, the Auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to re-open the bidding or not. All bids are irrevocable and shall be in accordance with the conditions of the sale and be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Illinois.
3. Title - Title to all items shall be passed to the successful bidder once the Auctioneer says "SOLD". The purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the lot purchased once the title has passed.
