POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.
Upon the fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes to the purchaser.
In the case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and resell the item in dispute.

Absentee bids will not be executed on items which are found to be other than described in the catalog. It is entirely possible to buy items by absentee bid for less than your top bid price. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest. If shipping is requested by the purchaser, all packing and UPS shipping charges will be C.O.D.
