1. The Seller(s), Cataloger, & Auctioneers believe these descriptions to be fair & accurate, but they are our opinion and the buyer is relying on their own inspection and not any representation made by the seller or seller's agent. 2. All lots are sold AS-IS with any and all faults. It is the responsibility of the buyer to personally inspect or obtain a condition report to determine condition. Condition reports are given as a courtesy to clients & are only an opinion. The ownership of the merchandise transfers at knock-down. 3. In case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will, at his discretion, determine the buyer, or re-open the lot for bidding. If multiple absentee bids are placed for the same amount, the earlier bid takes priority, however because bids amounts are incremental, in some cases, an online bidder may win an auction with a bid that is equal to the absentee bid. The record of sale kept by the clerk at the auction house and the auctioneers will be final in all disputes. 4. All questions & condition report requests on items must be received within 24 hours of the start of the auction. 5. All purchases will be paid prior to pick-up or shipping. 6. Internet bidders will receive an emailed invoice after items are packed and shipping cost calculated. The shipping cost will be added to the invoice. Please understand that we must pack the items before sending your invoice, which can be expected within 5 days of the auction. Payment cannot be accepted before the sending of these invoices. If you live within 2 hours driving distance of the auction, (to be held in Freeburg, PA), please notify us if you prefer to pick up or have your items shipped. Pick up is available by appointment in Freeburg, PA. 7. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice and shall be made with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Pennsylvania Check, Money Order, or Bank Check. Purchases paid by check may be subject to the check clearing before items are released for pick-up. 8. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the purchase price of each item purchased, comprised of 10% charged to online OR onsite winning bids by Hassinger and Courtney Auctioneers AND 5% additional charged by Invaluable/Auction Zip for online winning bids. 9. Hassinger & Courtney Auctioneers will not be held responsible for the non-execution of bids. 10. All items are available for inspection at the set preview times & photographs of all items are available online for your examination prior to bidding. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. 11. All sizes listed are approximate. 12. Acceptance of the bidders registration form, or bidding on an item indicates your acceptance of these terms.
Payment Processing
Invaluable and Auction Zip allow the Auction Company to charge the credit card on file for purchases made if buyer has not initiated payment within 4 days of emailed invoice date. PLEASE BE SURE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE CORRECT AND UP TO DATE BEFORE PLACING BIDS.
Shipping Terms
Auctioneers and their staff will pack items and calculate shipping rates, using either USPS or UPS. Choice of those two Carriers will be based on best rate available for the size and weight of each buyer's purchases. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping and package insurance costs, which will be added to each invoice and must be paid before we ship the package(s). Any packages valued at $300 or above will be sent with signature required upon delivery unless you notify us in advance of the sale.
Buyer's Premium
