    Conditions of Sale

All items sold as-is, where is, with no warranty. There are no returns. A winning bid is final and may not be cancelled after the auction. Please read our shipping terms and conditions for each lot carefully. Please note that this is a live auction with multiple bid sources. Occasionally these multiple bid sources result in a tie bid. Our Recommendation to avoid this problem is to bid higher and bid faster. The auctioneer reserves the right to decide the winning bidder in the event of a tie.

State of Connecticut 6.35% sales tax applies unless valid reseller certificate is on file with Nest Egg Auctions. Out of state buyers who choose to ship items out of state are not charged CT sales Tax.
