We send invoices to Wisconsin residents as soon as the auction ends. There is an expectation that Wisconsin residents will pick up their items. If you live in Wisconsin and want us to ship your lot(s), please call or email us as soon as possible, and don't pay your invoice until shipping and handling charges are added.
We send out of state invoices within a day or two of the end of the auction. All of your items have to be gathered and packed, weighed and measured and postage calculated before we can add that cost to the invoice.

All items are sold as is. There are no warranties. We try to inspect all items and list any obvious flaws, but will occasionally miss a chip, crack or mark, or even a missing piece. Look closely at the pictures and if you have any questions, please feel free to call and ask. We can look at specifics for you and add more pictures to the listing.
All items are available for in person viewing from 11 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday or by appointment at BHA Warehouse/ Store, 3365 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI. Call (608) 240-4588 to schedule a private viewing.
Local auction winners, or anybody who wants to pick up their items, will be
expected to pick up their items from BHA Warehouse/ Store, 3365 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI, between Monday and Wednesday, of the same week the auction ends between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., or call to make an appointment.
Any items not picked up within 10 days will be forfeited and re-listed on our next sale. No refunds will be issued for failure to retrieve items.

If you need your item shipped, please let us know before you pay your invoice. We ship USPS Priority, with Insurance. It is pricey, but worth it to have your items insured. It is your responsibility to make sure that both your personal and billing addresses are current and correct. We will expect you to pay postage a second time if we have to mail your package a second time.
If the address you have on file with AuctionZip or Invaluable is incorrect, and your package is returned, we will call and email you several times to try to remedy the situation. After 10 days, you will forfeit your items and no refund will be given.
Please make sure your address, phone number, email and credit card information are all up to date and correct.
We can ship USPS ground, uninsured, if you'd like. It's cheaper. Just let us know that you'd prefer the least expensive shipping option.

If you live outside Wisconsin, we assume you want your items to be shipped. Please wait to pay online until after shipping charges have been added to your invoice. If you prefer to pick up your items, let us know and we will hold them for you.
Cash and approved local checks can be accepted at the time of pick up.
Credit and debit cards can be accepted at the time of pick up or by phone.
If you pay with a card by phone or in person, charges will appear on your statement as "BHA Resale Store."

Many items can be shipped. Priority USPS rates will be added to the total, plus $5 handling fee for up to 3 items, $10 for 4 to 6 items and so on. We reserve the right to increase the handling fee for items of increased difficulty or fragility.
USPS shipping can be EXPENSIVE. Please be sure you are willing to pay the cost of shipping before you bid on an item.
Be sure that we have your correct mailing address. We take no responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address.

For those items that are too big to be mailed, we offer "to your door" delivery within 100 miles of our location (3365 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI) BASE CHARGE is $20, PLUS $1 PER MILE. May be extra charge for multiple items, depending on size.
