    Advending Auctions - September 22nd 1:30pm PST
    Viewing Notes
Be sure to check back often up until the day of the auction as our catalog will be constantly updated with 100's of more premium items. Please note that our lot numbers are not consecutive. This does not represent a skip in the auction or order, it is to allow us to create an category-oriented catalog. Once our online auction starts at 1:30 it will carry on uninterrupted (except a few common short pauses) until all items have been offered for sale.

    Conditions of Sale

Advending Auctions- Terms and Conditions for Online Bidders

All purchases MUST be paid in full within 3 days of receiving final invoice, no exceptions. We accept cash, cashiers check, postal money order, and all major credit cards (no American Express). All items sold "AS IS". All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Please inspect prior to bidding. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, all property is offered "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS." It is the bidders responsibility to properly identify the merchandise. 13% buyers premium and 3% AuctionZip premium is added to the hammer price. Delinquent payment will be subject to fees and penalties and suspension of bidding privilages at the discretion of Advending Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be sent to a collections agency. Finally, chargebacks will not be accepted for any reason.

All items sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are open to thorough public inspection, and it is the BIDDERS responsibility to determine actual condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Advending Auctions may attempt to offer a description of items in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction, but offers no representations. In no event will Advending Auctions, its employees, or its auctioneer be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

By bidding online the bidder acknowledges that they are not able to inspect an item as well as if done in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, etc. Advending Auctions will try to describe each item in detail and any pertinent information, but Advending Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the titles or description of the items. Artwork, painting, engravings, lithographs, drawings, watercolors, etchings, etc. are sold based on the signature only. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the authenticity of each piece of artwork before bidding

Internet bidding is offered as a service to bidder; the bidder acknowledges that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstance shall the bidder have any kind of claim against Advending Auctions should the internet bidding service ail or malfunction before or during the auction. Advending Auctions will not be held responsible for any missed bids from any source. Please note that internet bidding on AuctionZip is most reliable if maximum bid is left as a proxy bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Advending Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, reorder, or re-catalog items in this auction.

Items are displayed on fixtures (stands, platforms, mounts). These fixtures are not included in the auction unless noted as such in the description.

Payment is to be arranged within 3 days of receiving of final invoice. Purchases must be paid in full in this time limit. Accepted payment forms are cash, credit/debit card (no American Express), cashiers check, Postal Money Order, and paypal. Card payment will be processed as soon as we receive it. Cashiers checks and Postal Money Orders will be subject to a wait period to ensure payment. Your total invoice will include Hammer Price, plus buyers premium of 13%, plus AuctionZip service premium of 3%, applicable Idaho Sales Tax of 6% (exemption available if we have your sales tax cert. in hand), plus shipping and handling charges.

We are happy to arrange shipping with you. We will be available to give a shipping quote any time before 11:00 am PST auction day at (208) 771-4894. Small items will generally be shipped through the USPS, higher priced items (at Advending Auctions discretion) will go by Registered mail, and large item (again, at Advending Auctions discretion) will need to be arranged with a freight carrier. We make every effort to keep handling and shipping costs as low as possible, but good items deserve special care, our quoted prices reflect this. Items may be picked up THE DAY OF THE AUCTION, UNTIL 6:00 PM PST, ONLY. All purchases not picked up the day of the auction will incur handling and shipping cost and be shipped regardless of previous arrangement. If post-auction pick up is specifically arranged purchased items must be picked up within 7 days of close of the auction and previously noted payment terms still apply.
