    Conditions of Sale

    Auction House will ship, at Buyer's expense. PACKING & SHIPPING

    There will be a $10.00 packing charge on all Hand Guns & Non Firearms plus postage and insurance.
    We will pack more than one item in a box.

    We will pack, insure and ship Long Guns for $45.00 per Gun Box, Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will pack as many guns in a box as possible.
    All Modern Long and Hand Guns MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER in your state.

    All winning bid items must be paid and picked up by 5:00 pm 14 calendar days after the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with storage and/or the resale of your purchase.

    Payment
    Payment for online invoices must be made using MasterCard or Visa (unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction). Bidder will be notified of purchase price, shipping charges, and credit card service fee by Tuesday of the week following the auction. Payment is due on notification of total invoice. The internet service fee is 10% of the hammer price. 3% credit card service fee will be added to all invoices. Items must be removed from our auction facility within seven (7) days or be charged a monthly fee of $15.
    Buyer's Premium
    A 10% service fee will be charged to all successful online bidders. This amount includes 5% paid to the auctioneer and 5% paid to the internet platform. Shipping charges per the Ephrata UPS Store will be added to purchase price. Additionally, a 3% credit card surcharge will be added to the total of all invoices, unless other payment is arranged prior to auction.
    Taxes
    All buyers will pay Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% unless a valid Tax Exemption Identification is on file or presented at time of purchase or items are being shipped out of state.
    Shipping
    Buyer pays all shipping cost and all shipping is handled through the Ephrata UPS Store. PLEASE CONTACT THE EPHRATA UPS STORE AT (717) 733-1482 OR store3230@theupsstore.com FOR SHIPPING QUOTE PRIOR TO AUCTION. T. Glenn Horst and Son, Inc. will make arrangements to ship items with said shipping company, notify successful bidder of shipping costs and process payment for shipment. All other responsibilities involved with shipping are between the successful bidder and said shipping company. T. Glenn Horst and Son, Inc. will not be liable for any damage which occurs during the shipping process. All items must be paid for before they are shipped. All international customers are responsible for their own taxes and tariffs based upon the actual selling price. The declared value can not be of lesser value than purchase price. Once the items are purchased payment is made to Horst Auctioneers. The items will be transported to the UPS store for packing and transit.
