Special Terms of Sale
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Connoisseur will attempt to describe the merchandise in its descriptions and photographs but makes no representations. In no event shall Connoisseur be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items being bid on and purchased. While Connoisseur endeavors to describe each item accurately, Connoisseur can not be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Your sole recourse for any item you do not wish to keep after winning it at auction is to pay for the item and then reconsign the item for sale on your behalf at a future auction.
