Wehrly's Auctions has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold; however, neither the Seller nor Auctioneer guarantees the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold AS IS and should be examined prior to bidding. The auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All sales are final.
Wehrly's Auctions makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning the fitness for use, safety to fire, or to store, or reliability of any firearm, ammunition, or parts or components thereof, whether antique or modern. Any use of such is entirely at the user's risk. Wehrly's Auctions expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury, or damage resulting to any person from the use or storage of any lot.
3. ON LINE BIDDERS: registration for auction closes 8 hours before scheduled auction. No one will be approved on AUCTION DAY. IF YOU ARE A WINNING BIDDER PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE AUCTION IS OVER WITH BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR MERCHANDISE. NO ITEMS WILL BE PROCESSED DURING THE AUCTION.
4. AUCTION RULES: If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failed bids.
6. INSURANCE: We will obtain insurance on your behalf. At the end of the auction you are the owner. We ship USPS. If for some reason there is a claim for loss or damage it is your responsibility to file a claim.
7. LEGAL CLAIMS: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. is being held in Glen Rock, PA, and York County. Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in York County, PA.
8. POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Auction Zip will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction.
9. All invoices must be paid in full. There will be a $500. cap on credit card purchases on new and first time buyers. Checks must be approved before auction. First time and new buyers checks must clear bank before items can be picked up or mailed.
All winning bid items must be paid and picked up by 5:00 pm 14 calendar days after the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with storage and/or the resale of your purchase.
There is a $500.00 cap on credit cards. All checks must clear bank before you can pick up coins.

Shipping Terms
Auction House will ship, at Buyer's expense. PACKING & SHIPPING
We ship Priority US Mail. We use USPS Priority Shipping Boxes. The cost of the boxes are small ones $9.55, Med. Box $16.25 and the Large Box $22.65 plus $5.00 for packing.
Pick ups will be Wed. between 10 and 4 and Thursday from 10 to 2. You can email us with a time at [email protected] and we will return your email with a confirmation.
IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP OR ARRANGEMENTS NOT MADE TO SHIP IN 14 DAYS THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $1.00 A DAY STORAGE CHARGE OR WE WILL RESELL THE ITEMS AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BID AT ANY OF OUR AUCTIONS
