Shipping

A Handling fee of $5.00 per item will be charged for packing items for shipping. We will work with your 3rd party choice. All shipping will be done in house. If your invoice has been paid, an invoice for shipping will be sent from PayPal. Please be sure your credit card & contact info are correct. All packages will be covered by insurance.
You can pick up items at 3712 Pope Ave., North Little Rock, AR. on Monday and Tuesday, December 13th & 14th from 11a to 4p. Call John Saugey at 501-258-4400 to make a private appointment if you prefer. All items MUST be removed within 5 days or considered abandoned regardless of payment status unless arrangements are made with John Saugey. Please pick up in a timely manner. Bring you own wrapping materials, totes & boxes, and help to move furniture. Dollies, straps, blankets, etc.
. There is no handling fee or additional costs if you are picking up goods. No items will be released until paid in full. You must show a paid receipt before items will be released. If a 3rd party comes to pick up, a paid receipt is required. ISAYSOLD Auction Services is not responsible for items after being picked up by a 3rd party.

By bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and buyer agreement below, please read prior to bidding.
The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 4 days from the end of the auction.
While all care is taken to properly describe every item, any error in the item detail, such as Artist, maker, materials, medium or originality is unintentional and we are not responsible. The items in this auction are in "as is" condition at the time of the auction.
You are responsible to read the terms, read both the Item description and view the photographs provided prior to placing a bid online. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Make an appointment to preview the items offered if possible.
Any accessories or props in the photos that are not included in the item description are not in the Auction.
Notwithstanding that a Winning Bidder may have been notified of their placement of the Winners Bid Amount, we may at our sole discretion choose to withdraw and not proceed with completion of the sale of the item in circumstances including (but not limited to) where:
a) You have not been contacted directly by AuctionZip via email to confirm you are the winning bidder
b) if the Winning Bidder fails to make payment within 4 working days of the completion of the online auction. If payment is not received, the credit card on file will be charged or goods will be resold.
c) There is a technical malfunction with the website out of our control,
d) We reserve the right to determine whether or not your conduct is consistent with the spirit and the letter of these terms and conditions and may, at our sole discretion, file a dispute against you with AuctionZip.
e) We are unable to contact the Winning Bidder for any reason.

The Auction vendor (Auctionzip) reserve the following rights (which may be exercised by ISAYSOLD Auction Services without giving any reason)
To withdraw completely any item or items from auction ,
To refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons;
To refuse a person or persons admission to or ban them entirely from the auction site
To not disclose the reserve price of an item prior to the close of bidding or withdrawal of the item .

PAYMENT: We will accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover CREDIT & DEBIT cards, WePay & PayPal as payment online. CASH and Arkansas checks w/ proper photo I.D. will be accepted at pick up. A 5% Auctionzip online platform fee will apply. By registering with our auction company, you have entered into a contractual agreement to pay for your items. you agree to NOT reverse any credit card charges once merchandise has been delivered.
Once your payment has been received and processed, items will be released.

All items must be removed within 5 days or arrangements made with the auction company or will be considered abandoned regardless of payment status.
