All items offered are in AS-IS condition. Any information given as to the origin or age of any item was provided by the Seller or Public information and is in no way meant to be definitive. You be the judge. Inspection is encouraged. By registering and bidding at this LIVE/SIMULCAST auction, you agree to :
(1) Enter into a binding agreement to pay for you item(s) if you are the high bidder,
(2) understand that YOU are responsible for having the correct contact information and Credit Card information on file,
(3) agree to not charge back on your Credit card for ANY reason,
(4) Agree that you understand that these items are offered at a PUBLIC auction, and YOU, the BUYER, are responsible for the payment and removal of your items within 5 business days after the end of the auction if you do not select to have your items shipped by our 3rd party, Wrap Right Packaging or your chosen 3rd party shipper. A $5 per lot HANDLING FEE will apply to take your item to them.
(5) Items not removed after the 5 day period will be considered forfeited, REGARDLESS of payment status.
(6) You agree not to bid unless you can pick the items up, have someone pick them up, or agree to use a 3rd party shipper and pay the Handling Fee. The Auctioneer can not store items for you.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards for payment for any winning online bidders at all sales. AuctionZip requires credit card information to bid, and it will be used for payment if you are the winning bidder and have not paid within 4 days after the auction .MAKE SURE YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT IS CURRENT, AND YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT IF YOU CHOOSE THE SHIPPING OPTION.

Payment
We will accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover Cards, credit or debit and PayPal for online payment. Live in person at the Auction or at pick-up, we also accept cash & check w/ photo I.D.. A 5% Online bidding fee will apply for all Auction Zip purchases online, No added Buyer's Premium live or online. Purchases over $3000 will be paid in cash or certified bank check only. Fraudulent payment will be dealt with according to Arkansas Law to the fullest extent possible.
Shipping Terms & Pick-up
If you choose shipping, we will carry your winnings to a 3rd party carrier Wrap Right Packaging for a $5 handling fee per lot.. Some smalls can be bundled for the $5 fee at the Auctioneer's discretion. Actual packing charges & shipping fees will be charged by Wrap Right Packaging on your credit card on file after they contact you for your preferred shipping method. Remember, cast iron & glass are heavy and cost more to ship. Make sure it is updated on Auctionzip/invaluable. ISAYSOLD Auction Services is NOT responsible for 3rd party shipping claims.
All items MUST be paid for within 5 working days. Pick up hours are Monday & Tuesday Jan. 31st. & Feb.1 st from 11-4 pm each day. For after hours pick up please contact John Saugey (Auctioneer) @ 501-258-4400 to schedule an appointment.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
No added Buyer's Premium other than the Auctionzip 5% Platform Fee will be charged live or online.
SalesTax
No Sales tax will be collected at this auction.
