All lots will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Bidders have the option to pick up their winning lot in person at Karen's Dollhouse Shop, 14 Main Street, Clinton, NJ 08809, but must notify us within 2 days of the auction via email at karensdollhouseshop@yahoo.com or on (908) 766-3777. No lots will be sent without prior payment. Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Many of you know Molly from her years of hosting dollhouse shows up and down the east coast as well as her trips to Europe and Cruises. We are honored to be able to help Molly downsize her collection and offer everyone a chance to purchase from her collection. Molly’s Virginia collection stems from the 1980s onwards. Save the dates for the last weekend in March. The auction will be held as a 1 day auction on Saturday March 25th, starting at 9 a.m. ET. The auction is online only. We will be adding lots over the next few weeks. Watch out here and our website for updates.

Conditions of Sale

Contract: Your bid is your contract to buy. All sales are final. There will be No Refunds, No Returns. No exceptions. Karen's Dollhouse Shop is not responsible for internet bidding errors. The highest bidder is the buyer. Karen's Dollhouse has the right to pass a lot if the reserve price is not met or at fair market value. Please check and question any item carefully prior to bidding. Once an item has been purchased it is the responsibility of the buyer. Karen's Dollhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after a sale, the Karen's Dollhouse Shop sale record shall be conclusive. All disputes will be settled at the discretion of the auctioneer. Karen's Dollhouse has the final decision. Karen's Dollhouse Shop reserves the right to withdraw, combine, or divide any lot at its sole discretion prior to and after the commencement of bidding.
All lots are sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer has the right to not accept any bid! Bidding may be reopened at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at any other time. The auctioneer may execute bids on behalf of absentee bidders and on behalf of consignors up to a reserve price. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are not of fair market value or not in the best interest to the consigner.

Payment: Payment: All items purchases must be paid within 48 hours of the Invoice being issued. We accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards. No additional fee will be applied if using a debit or credit card. Shipping will be handled via USPS and UPS, who will invoice separately.

Buyer's Premium: Buyers Premium for auction 20%. Buyers premium includes credit card processing fees. Sales tax, shipping, handling, and insurance are not included in the bidding increment. The final bill will include these items where appropriate.

New Jersey Residents: All New Jersey residents will be charged 6.625% Sales Tax

Contact: No phone calls will be answered during the auction. Once the auction begins, you may contact us though Invaluable's email system. We will do our best to answer them during the auction, but cannot guarantee answers quickly.
Any questions or concerns about your purchase must be contacted within three business days of your receiving your items. Again, shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.
