Dale Folkers took over the auction service of his father-in-law, Willard Olson, in 1977. Col. Olson had been a Wisconsin auctioneer for 45 years. Dale and his wife Gail, who clerks the sales, sell antiques, households, farmettes, real estate and liquidation sales. They both do appraisals.
