Terms & Conditions: #1. The successful bidder will be required to sign a binding Offer to Purchase and pay 10% of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment at the conclusion of the auction payable to Pepping Balk Kincaid & Olson, LTD Trust Account. The balance will be due and payable on or before closing (30 to 60 days from contract date). #2. The 2026 real estate taxes due in 2027 will be paid by the seller. All taxes thereafter to be paid by buyer. #3. The seller shall provide a title insurance policy in the amount of the purchase price of the subject property. #4.
