• Vehicle: Jeep Grand Cherokee (sells with no title, no keys).

Auction Terms & Conditions

General Terms

• Bidding is conducted via online-only auction format from September 17 through September 23, 2026.

• Full payment is due immediately at auction close.

• A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total purchase price.

• 6% Kentucky sales tax applies to personal property unless a valid resale certificate or completed KY Farm Exempt Form 51A158 is provided to FHRA prior to or at time of pickup.

• All property (real and personal) is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults and no warranties, express or implied.

• The winning bidder is solely responsible for all pickup, loading, removal, and logistics.

• Items not removed within the designated pickup window may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.

• Property Taxes to be probated.
