Offering 5 stick built buildings to be moved at bidders expense.  Originally built and used by school.  Well made, stick built buildings with shingle roofs, tile floors, and vinyl siding.  Buildings have been wired and capability to be tied down. New owner to move buildings and hook up to local utilities according to local building code requirements. Buildings to be sold AS-IS, where is with buyer to pay to move buildings. Additional Information:   Because the buildings are located on Limestone County school property, buyers must provide at least 48 hours' advance notice before beginning any removal work. All removal work must take place after regular school hours or on weekends. Vehicles, moving trucks, trailers, and removal equipment will not be permitted on campus during school hours.

Buyers will have 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the auction to remove the buildings completely and clean the removal area. If a building is not removed within the 30-day period, the buyer will forfeit 5% of the purchase price from the 10% deposit paid, as acknowledged in the buyer's signed agreement. Subject to approval by the Limestone County Board of Education, any building not removed within the required period may be placed back into an auction and sold again.

- This Auction is online ONLY 
- 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to arrive at the final purchase price.
- 10% deposit nonrefundable (escrow money) of the total purchase price for the real estate will be retained within 24 hours of auction with balance due on or before 30 days.
- Real Property will be conveyed by deed description.
- 2026 Taxes will be pro-rated.
- Broker Participation WILL be offered for this auction.

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND: When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:03). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.
