Selling from the estate of the late Janet Dawson. Huron County Probate Case #ES2026 00038.

Judith E. Walls, Executor. Live and onsite only auction.

Friday night update:  Whew, I'm whipped! There are way more items than I thought, so come prepared to buy a bunch of stuff. I didn't have or take the time to get additional pictures, but a couple of key items not mentioned before are Lifetime patio chairs, picnic tables, dog kennels, lots more kid toys, 2 chest freezers that I'm going to have the buyer take out of the basement and much more.

Nice Off-road parking is available.

Portable toilet is there.

No lunch wagons came through for me, but we will have water, doughnuts and chips available to purchase..

2019 Chevrolet High Country Silverado 6.2L 4x4 pickup, in excellent condition, Vin #3GCUYHELXKG274283, only 15,334 miles and has many nice features. There is one small area above the passenger side rear wheel that when we washed it, we couldn't get the scuff marks off of it See pictures. Sells at 11:00am. One owner vehicle. Since this is an estate, it will have to go through probate which takes from 2 weeks up to 3 weeks to get the title to the new owner. We will hold the vehicle until the title can be given to the new owner. Full payment due the day of auction (Let us know if we need to hold the check a couple of days until you get some funds moved around). Call Don Sweeting IF you need to see prior to the auction. Trust me, its NICE!

Updated information:  We do have 2 Stihl batteries and a charger see picture; the wagon has 3 tires that hold air while the other one is completely blown and will need a new tire see picture; the Cub Cadet mower runs fine but needs a bolt installed on the deck to hold the spring tensioner in place. Other items found include Pyrex nesting bowls; Kitchen Aid mixer; large set of Corelle dishes; lots more glassware & kitchen items than thought; banana seat bikes; blow mold snowman, pumpkin, Easter bunny & angel; Plastic pumpkins and Easter eggs; mailbox; portable air tank; decorated snow sleds; 3 pt hitch with 5th wheel ball; fire pit and much more.

Large lot of chain link fence is now in the auction.

Most likely auction order:  Tools and garage items & household box lots, Cub Cadet mower and pickup at 11:00, then more household box lots and furniture. I'm guessing a 5 hour auction.
