If picking up purchased and/or the distribution of keys/title does not occur on the date of the auction, it must be done Monday-Friday from 8am to 2pm.
Successful bidders are responsible for bring appropriate equipment and manpower to transport the items they purchased. Successful bidders must fully save, indemnify and hold harmless the County, its employees and/or agents for any and all injury, damages, claims, liabilities, judgements, verdicts, or other expenses arising from the loading and/or transporting of purchased items, including reasonable defense costs and attorney's fees in the event of a legal claim or lawsuit being asserted against the County of Hunterdon.
