We have been commissioned by Partners Self Storage, LLC to sell the following liens and attached collateral at public auction Unit (s) 2, 11, 13, 15, 22, 30, 43, 44, 53
There will be a 5 minutes inspection time per unit,
If the lien holder does not come forward to pay, we will auction the unit.
Settlement will be made immediately after each unit sells plus a $75.00 refundable deposit. Settlement will be in cash or by check if known to the company. No credit cards.
On 9/8/26 from 10am to 12 noon, you can come to our office at 2206 Old Saint Marys Pike Parkersburg, WV and present proof of a clean out and receive your deposit back.
All items sell as is where is with no warranty stated or implied.
