We will have approximately 7 units for sale at this auction containing but not limited to the following:  toys, furniture, boxes, nice heavy totes, shelving, name brand suitcases, hoses, NIB TV wall mounts, pine privacy screen, household items, box fan, portable Cloths Drier brand dryer, Xmas décor, Xmas trees, shoes, baby items, crafting items, NIB household décor, sweeper, car seats, pack n play, baby items, electric free standing stove. 2 Go Go Go Chair scooters with one that folds down, grill, aluminum Max Haul hitch mount carry all, barnwood end tables, printer, child’s folding table, DVD’s, Tommy Hilfinger duffle bag, NIB daybed, bedroom suite, bar stools, gas can, baskets, artwork, Texaco Sign, coolers, Colt Firearms mirror sign, more items not seen. Units are mostly full.

A $50.00 DEPOSIT CLEAN OUT FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER PER UNIT AND WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN UNIT IS DEEMED CLEAN BY B&H STORAGE.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER AND UNIT CLEANED BY Monday September 14^th at 12pm.

CASH ONLY SALE, NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO GUARENTEES.

ANY UNIT MAY BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IN THE EVENT THAT STORAGE CHARGES ARE PAID IN FULL BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO THE SALE.

WINNER BIDDER MUST HAVE CASH IN HAND AT CONCLUSION OF AUCTION. IF NOT, UNIT SOLD WILL BE CANCELLED AND RESOLD.
