Directions: From Centre, at the intersection of US-411/Main Stret and Clarence E. Chestnut Jr. Bypass, (Huddle House), take US-411 S to Griffith Street (Grub Mart) and turn right, go 0.30 mi to the property on the right.

Previews: Tuesday, Sept. 8th and Tuesday, Sept.15th from 5 to 7 pm. You may also schedule a preview by contacting our office.

Registration: Registration will begin at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms: There is a 10% buyer’s premium on the real estate that will be added to the purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% buyer's premium is due on the day of auction for the real estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before October 19, 2026. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 11% buyer’s premium on all online bids for the real estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

All properties are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.

Survey: A new survey will be performed on the property. A $375 per tract survey fee will be due and payable on the day of the auction. A portion of the northern part of TRACT 1 and TRACT 2 is in the FEMA 100-year flood zone. This will be shown on the FINAL SURVEY.
