Must have a valid ID and a Bidder number to Bid. Everyone can bid that has a number including our staff. We will be accepting absentee bids. Everything is sold as is to the highest bidder. We except Cash, Good Checks, and Credit cards. We will waiver a 4% buyer’s premium if paid with cash or good check. 7.25 tax will be charged. Everything must be removed from premises the day of sale, unless approved by our staff.
