Notice is hereby given that On Demand Storage, LLC/ Enterprises, LLC, is located at 3421 Centerpoint Dr., Urbancrest, Ohio 43123, will sell contents of certain containers at auction to the highest bidder, to satisfy a landlord's lien.  Auction will be held at 3421 Centerpoint, Urbancrest, Ohio 43123, on July 1, 2026, starting at 10 AM. Contents to be sold include general household goods, electronics, office & business equipment, furniture, clothing and misc. property.    Terms: CASH ONLY!!! MUST HAVE ON YOU WHEN BIDDING. Must remove everything out of POD, off premises, can not use dumpsters here. Park on street when you get to auction. If you win/buy a POD/storage you can pull on lot to pick-up, after auction. The PODS will be on parking lot. Bring you own locks to secure units or buy here. You will have 24 hrs to remove contents, with 24 hr access, unless you work out something with management. NO Buyer's premium! Tax is paid by On Demand Storage. There is no deposit, but you must take everything with you, or you will be charged rent for, and or any cleaning fees for POD or PODS. Please arrive early to sign in, have your driver's license with you, it will be copied.
