TERMS: 15% Buyer’s premium. All
items sold in as is condition. High bids subject to court approval. A $400.00
deposit for each vehicle will be required at end of auction by wire transfer,
bank cashier’s check, or cash. Balance to be paid in the form of a wire
transfer or bank cashier’s check. It will take several weeks after acceptance
of bids to obtain the titles and vehicles will not be released until titles are
ready.
