Galaxy Auction Company reserves the right to require payment by wire transfer. Sales Tax: Maryland sales tax (6%) will be added to all purchases unless a valid sales and use/resale certificate is on file. Resale certificates may not be used for purchases under $200. Inspection & Condition: All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. In-person inspection is strongly encouraged. No online bidding, but absentee bids accepted before 4:30 p.m. on the day of sale.
