Living Estate of Ms. Dawn Dutcher

Ms. Dutcher has decided to consolidate two homes in to one and sell off the items in the second home.  Platt Auction Service has been commissioned to liquidate all of the items in her home.  Location of the sale will be 428 Morton Street, Heber Springs, Ar. at 10:00 am on the 27th of June 2026.

***Parking at the auction site is very limited.  Most people can park at the Water Plant or the Elementary school and walk the half block to the home.  Sale site is located on the street directly behind the Football Stadium.

 Items for Sale:  Sellers (Hoosier Style) Baking Cabinet, Black Fiesta Ware, Large Spinning Wheel, old wind up toy.  Two bedroom suits, old Rocking Chairs, Infared heaters.  Washer and Dryer, Refrigerator, very nice collectibles. Daizy Churn, Old Churns and Crocks.  small Red Wing bowl.  Cedar Chest.  Depression glass, Fenton, Carnival Glass.  This is a great assortment of stuff.

Christmas in June:  Very nice yard decorations and Vintage decorations.  Snowbabies, Hummel Capodiamonte items.  Old Mickey Mouse yard decorations and other items that we are still posting pictures of.

Terms of Sale:  Cash, Good Check or Credit Card/Debit Card.

Announcements made day of the sale will take precedence over any advertised item.   Loading stuff will be tricky until the auction is over, due to the limited area for parking in front of the house.  Sale will be Rain or Shine.
