This is a valid New York State, Chautauqua County Vehicle Inspection License with equipment. The sale is subject to New York State approval.
A 3,500 deposit is due at the close of the auction. Balance due upon NYS approval.
The NYS Inspection License itself is not taxable, however the equipment used to operate it is. Therefore, $1,000.00 of the purchase price will be taxable at 8% (Chautauqua County tax rate), and can be attributed to the equipment and machines included in the sale.
