 Join Hickory Hill Auctions for an in person collector's dream estate auction containing thousands of items being sold to the highest bidder.  The auction will be held at 431 Stewart Road in Dixie, Georgia on the estate of this life long collector who spent multiple decades attending auctions, yard sales and estate sales.  Examples of some pieces being auctioned off are cast and wrought iron pieces, artwork, books from the 1800s, uranium glass, enamelware, pottery, trailer, farm implements, hand tools, military clothing, furniture hardware, patio sets, Coke items, beer signs, advertising, juke box, vintage car parts, concrete yard art, brass figurines, vintage doors, lanterns, crocs, hanging light fixtures, bicycles, trailer, farm implements, electronics, ladders, power tools, saw blades, lumber, poles / posts, trunks, mirrors, wagon wheels, greyhound racing memorabilia, NASCAR, benches, saddles, guitars, and much more.  Bring your chairs and gloves.  We will move around the property auctioning the items where they sit.

 Early preview starts the day of the auction at 8:00am with auction starting at 10:00am.  There are enough items for the auction to last until nightfall.  The auction will continue as long as active bidding is taking place.  The Deep South Barbecue food truck will be onsite to provide food and drinks so come hungry!

 Cash, check, and credit cards accepted with valid picture ID.  10% Buyers Premium.  Sales tax must be collected by state law.  If you have a tax exempt certificate for the year 2026, bring a copy with you to provide the auction company.  A copy must be provided.  No exceptions.  All items being auctioned AS IS WHERE IS with no warranty written or implied on any items.  "As is" is a phrase used in sales indicating that a product or property is sold in its current condition, including any faults, without guarantees or repairs from the seller, placing the responsibility on the buyer to identify defects before purchase.
