Auction due to non payment of storage merchandise under the Provision of Section 7.210 of the Texas Commerce and Business code to satisfy Seized Warehouseman\'s Lien.

Crates for Purchase: Crates may be included with the sale for free

Crate Sizes: Each Vault is a standard shipping crate and measures 7.6\' x 5\' x 7.5\' 

Removal: 14 days (Gotta Love this)

Loading and Pick up:Facility will Tailgate to their loading dock, or the parking but you will be required to unpack the Vault for loading onto your vehicle.

Additional Terms: Announcements at sale time supersede all other postings and announcements.

Children under 16 are Allowed at this Auction, but must be accompanied & supervised by an adult at all times.

Each Vault will be opened for viewing, however, no reaching or touching any item or causing such to be disturbed will be permitted.

All contents sold AS IS - WHERE IS. Bidding will be made from outside the of each Vault to be sold. Once the auctioneer says "SOLD" you own it right then and there. it will be up to you to secure your merchandise until loading.

Sales tax will be collected unless you have a Lawful Sales Tax Exemption on file prior to auction.

Winning bids may be collected at the Vault or at the Mobile Auction office, depending on facility, and are all subject to sales tax, unless a lawful sales tax exemption is on file with the Auctioneer, prior to Auction date.

Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse fractional bids.

Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time prior to and during the auction for any reason.

A crate may be pulled anytime before the auctioneer says sold if in fact it is properly redeemed by the tenant by the facility.

A Cleaning deposit may or may not be required. Vault will not be sold and must be left emptied and swept, and in addition any moving blankets or moving company products will not be included, but possible may be available for purchase. A Deposit may be required. If no deposit, facility may bill winning bidder for cleaning. There are no dumpster privileges.

Any items of personal nature, found during removal, should be left at the office.
