*To participate in this auction, you must have a valid driver's license.

*All purchases must be paid for on sale day before you leave and immediately after auction has ended. 

*We do not accept credit cards or debit cards. 

*We accept cash or check only. 

*If paying by check, you will need to present a letter from your bank upon registering to bid.

*Also, if buying for farm use you need a current agriculture exemption certificate.

*If buying for resale you need a current resale certificate.

*All items are being sold as is. There are no warranties or guarantees. It is solely up to you to inspect all items before bidding begins and to use your own judgement as to the condition and value of all items. 

Loadout Terms:

*We will load out on sale day till 5:00pm and again on Monday 10:00am - 3:00pm. There will be no loading on Sunday. We will have a skid steer on site to load out.
