All desired inspections must be held 48 hours prior to the auction. The home will be open to inspections Thursday May 22nd from 5:PM-6:PM. Other dates are available by appointment. Announcements on the day of the auction take precedence of previously printed material. A $10,000 non-refundable deposit is due immediately after the auction with the remainder due in 30 days or less. A one percent buyer premium to be added to the hammer price to determine final sale price. Chattels additional terms: We accept cash, good local checks, and most credit cards. A 5% fee for credit card processing. No charge backs.
