Terms of the Auction:

Down Payment: 5% or $5,000 whichever is greatest of Sales price due day of auction, balance in full Due Wednesday May 21st by Noon or before.

This is a non-refundable payment. 

Buyer’s Premium: 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the sales price.

Transfer Fee: The City of Lawton Charges a Transfer Fee of $1500 or 5% of Sales price that fee will be split 50/50 between the Buyer and Seller.

Possession: Wednesday May 21st at Noon After Final Payment

Conditions: Auction is open to the public. Property sells in its AS IS condition. Property sells subject to owner confirmation.

Financing: Property sells for CASH. Buyer to have financing arranged prior to auction.

Inspection: Inspections prior to auction to conduct at Buyers Expense.

Contingencies: No contingencies on anything, financing, or inspections.

Starting Bid: This is not a minimum bid, just a suggested figure where you, the buyer may start the bidding. Remember it’s not where you start, but where you stop that counts.
