The address will be released on Friday, March 28th.
This auction will not be sold in individual lots, it will be sold like/as a storage auction. These units will be sold in 2 separate lots. The first lot will consist of all the vehicles and vehicle parts, including tires, rims, and fenders. The 2nd lot will consist of everything else which includes: tools, tool boxes, furniture, collection of bicycles, toys, and yard tools. The commercial racks are not included in the auction they belong to the owner of the buildings.
*Rules of Preview- As a registered buyer you are able to walk through the units only. No one is allowed to climb the racks, open the boxes or move items, etc.
*Removal of items - You will have 3 weeks to clean out the unit(s) purchased. The three week period will start on the day of the auction. After the three weeks have passed and if items are still there...you can rent the one unit for $900/plus sales tax monthly. Or, you can rent the other 2 units(considered as one) for $1,800/plus sales tax, monthly. These rentals will be month to month until all of the items are removed.
*Refundable Deposits - The first smaller unit will be charged a $300 deposit that will be returned upon all items being removed. The second unit (2 units considered as one) will be charged a $600 deposit that will be returned upon all items being removed.
*Rules of Purchase - Each lot/unit MUST be paid in full by close of auction on Monday, March 31st. Funds must be cash or debit/credit card, NO American Express.
Notice is hereby given that personal property in the following units will be sold at public auction pursuant to Florida Statute §83.806. The items to be sold as described as follows: All of the personal property stored in 3 self-storage units comprised of various items of personal property including a collection of bicycles, toolboxes, toys, household goods, furniture, other various items of personal property, and 12 vehicles described as follows:
1957 nomad engine block no transmission; Chevrolet pickup truck (circa 1966) with engine; Frank steins T-bucket with Cadillac engine and truck chassis; International Patrol with engine (circa 1940s); Honda intruder motorcycle; 1932 roadster with engine and registration; 1970s utility Chevrolet truck; GMC truck (circa 1960); Station Wagon (yellow, circa 1950); Chrysler 2 door (circa 1930); Ford 2 door (1946); and Honda CBR (circa 1990).
The public auction shall be held on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 10:00 am (E.S.T.)
