TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

This is a live only in person auction.  

You have to register with auction clerk on auction morning and will need a valid DL to do so. 

We accept payment by cash or check only. No credit cards or debit cards accepted. If paying by check, you need a letter from your bank on their letterhead verifying that you are in good standing and maintain a good account at all times. 

All items are being sold as is where is with no warrantees or guarantees. It is up to you the bidder/buyer to inspect all items before bidding begins and to use your own judgement as to the condition and value of each item. 

You can view and inspect items on the Friday before auction 9:00am-6:00pm. 

We will load out on sale day till 5:00pm and on Monday 10:00am-2:00pm. All items need to be removed by these times. Absolutely No Exceptions. 

Announcements made sale morning at 9:00am will supersede all other verbal and written agreements.
