Lake George Rd., Attica, MI 48412 Directions: Auction House is located 1.5 miles North of I-69 Exit# 163 All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Inspection of the items is highly recommended so you, the bidder, can judge the quality of the items for yourself. You may attend pre-sale viewing for all our auctions. All property to be auctioned is usually on view for several days prior to the sale. You are encouraged to examine lots thoroughly. You may also request condition reports as Rowley's Auction Service, LLC. staff are available at viewings and by contact.
2 - Must Be Paid & Removed Within Checkout Dates Checkout Date/Times: Friday, June 13 (10am - 5pm) Location: Rowley's Auction Service - 124 S. Lake Pleasant Rd., Attica, MI 48412 Directions: Auction House is located 1.5 miles North of I-69 Exit# 163 REMOVAL: All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled removal dates of that specific auction unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until Rowley Auctions, LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and removal of all items purchased without assistance from Rowley Auctions, LLC.
3 - Shipping Information: Smaller items can be shipped within auction house. USPS Flat Rate Priority. If you require shipping services for larger items, glassware, clocks, etc. please contact a Packaging Facility to make arrangements. It is the bidder's responsibility to take shipping and handlings & insurance costs into consideration when bidding on items. All "shipping" purchases must be paid in full within checkout dates/times. 3a - Terms & Conditions of Auction: BUYER'S PREMIUM: Unless a specific auction states otherwise, a 13% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. Every bidder/buyer pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction you will be charged $113 for the item on your auction invoice.
