Consignments will be taken Feb 24^th – March 19^th , Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm. Items will be sold in the order they are received, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

No vehicles or trailers will be taken without a clean title, in the name of the seller, at the time of consignment. All trailers must to have a VIN # , title and/or Bill of Sale.

Payment is due day of auction. We accept cash, credit cards (2.75% convenience fee on all credit card purchases) personal or company checks (out of County checks must have a Bank letter of guarantee, unless prior arrangements have been made). These letters of guarantee can be emailed to us prior to the auction. All buyers are subject to sales tax unless: (1) Buyer has resale certification (2) Buyer has Texas Agricultural Registration Number (you can apply for the number on line at www.statecomptroller.com) . If you do not bring a copy of your Texas Ag card or resale certificate you will pay tax, no exceptions. All announcements on sale day supersede all oral or printed matter regardless of the medium. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults and defects and with no warrants or guarantee expressed by the auction company or the owners. Not responsible for theft, fire or accidents.
