In addition, we have some excellent cooking and food prep equipment available, including multiple Pitco fryers on casters, a Vulcan 6-burner natural gas range with an oven, and a butcher block table with a built-in can opener. If you need more storage, there are sturdy chrome 4-tier shelving units and stainless steel tables.
For those looking to add a little extra to their setup, we also have a few more essentials, like a Kelvinator chest freezer, a full stainless steel hood with a fire suppression system, and a few countertop appliances, including an Adcraft rice cooker and an APW Wyott food warmer.
