Terms on Chattels: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ACH, & Wire Transfer Accepted. 18% Buyer's Premium on all sales, 6.5% sales tax only on applicable sales, & 3% discount for cash, good check, wire transfer, or ACH. Sales over $2000 must be paid via cash, check, wire transfer, or ACH. Items must be paid for within 5 days after close of auction. All sales are final. Items are “AS IS.” Information is believed to be accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Multi Parcel Auction Process May Be Used. Auction will be held only online.
Shipping Terms: Pickup is available for local buyers only
and must be scheduled within 5 business days of purchase. All other items will
be shipped at customer’s expense and is non-negotiable. We ship from our
in-house shipping department using the most competitive UPS/USPS rates to keep
all shipping affordable. Shipping will be determined after final bids are made
and purchases are finalized. It will then be charged to card on file. Buyer is
responsible for filing any claims with carrier in the event of damage or loss.
Order cannot be cancelled once highest bid is accepted. All items to be shipped
within 7 business days of purchase.
