Invoices will be sent following Seller approval. All lots subject to seller approval.
Payment is due by Thursday, December 19 at 1PM.
**NOTE: We are closed for the Holidays starting Monday, December 23 & will return on Thursday, January 2.
Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.
Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Friday, December 20 at 2PM.
Please bring proper manpower, tools/equipment & size vehicle for removal of items.
All lots sold as is, where is. Lot 1 must be paid for in guaranteed funds only, which is cash wire transfer, bank check or money order. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium for guaranteed funds. Lots 2 - 7 may be paid via credit card, which is Visa, MasterCard or Discover and carries a 12.5% buyer's premium.
