Limestone County Schools commissioned Newton Auctions to sell to the highest bidder:
15 Portable buildings used for class rooms
Unit #1 24x30 with metal roof , this unit is where live auction will be held.
Units #2-#15 are 20x32 buildings
Units #1 #6 #7 have metal roofs. The remainder units are asphalt shingle.
Buyers will be responsible for the cost of moving units from School grounds.
Units must be moved by April 1, 2025
Preview units Saturday December 14th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at both locations or Auction day
Elkmont High School located 25630 Evans Ave., Elkmont Al 35620 and Piney Chapel Elementary School located 20835 Elkton Road , Athens Al 35614
As in all auctions, these properties are being sold in as-is where-is conditions. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
