Absence of Warranties & Disclaimers: All information contained herein, and all related materials, are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the Bidder Agreement either oral or written. The merchandise is being sold on AS IS, WHERE IS basis, no warranty or representation either expressed or implied concerning the merchandise is made by the seller or the auction company. Each potential bidder is responsible for conducting his or her own inspections, verifications, investigations, inquiries, and due diligence concerning the property, vehicles, merchandise, etc. The information contained herein is subject to verification by all parties relying on it. There is no liability for its accuracy. Conduct of the auction and increments of bidding are at the discretion of the auctioneer. The sellers and selling agents reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question regarding the person’s credentials, fitness, etc. All decisions of the auctioneer are final.

Personal Property Payment Terms: Cash, or check day of sale with proper ID. 10% buyer premium added to final bid. KY sales tax will apply. All out of state checks must clear & title/s transferred to new owner/s before taking possession of merchandise. Merchandise will REMAIN in the possession of the County School District until paid & titles transferred.  

Vehicle Terms:  Payment due in full day of sale. No sales tax collected on vehicles. Tax paid at the courthouse. Payment on day of sale to be checks or cash, no credit cards. No titles will be issued on the day of sale. All titles will be transferred in person with the seller at the local County Court Clerk’s Office once payment has been made & or when check clears auctioneer’s escrow account. Once a representative of the School District has accompanied the purchaser to the County Court Clerk’s Office and the transfer has been made then and only then can the purchaser remove the vehicles/merchandise. It is recommended that all purchasers get a copy of the transfer from the court house once titles have been signed as a receipt of transfer.
