IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE THE REMOVAL TIME SLOT YOU WILL NEED SOMEONE TO REMOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU (FAMILY MEMBER/FRIEND) OR PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BIDDING. - Arrangements made to pick up items outside of the stated pickup times will be subject to a $50 convenience fee payable to the set up crew the day the pickup is scheduled.
IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED DURING REMOVAL TIME THEY WILL BE FORFEITED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
**There is NO equipment to move any of the purchased items. ALL buyers must bring help & equipment to move any and all items.
ALL LOCAL BUYERS WITHIN 1.5 HOURS OF REMOVAL LOCATION ARE EXPECTED TO COME DURING REMOVAL TIME.
OUT OF AREA (OVER 1.5 HOURS) AND/OR OUT OF STATE BUYERS - Auction Coordinator will reach out after the removal date to arrange shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
